Friday - Homemade pizza, Tri Colore Orzo (as a salad)
Saturday - thinking . . . hopefully, I will reach my goal (see below).
My goal this week: Find a good recipe to duplicate the amazing Smoked Chicken Penne dish I had at Coho Cafe when celebrating Mom's birthday. I shared a bite with everyone, then, inhaled the rest!
